By accessing or using the LariLocator mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LariLocator is a platform that connects food lovers with local street food vendors, food stalls, food carts, and food trucks. The Service includes features such as location-based vendor discovery, menu browsing, ratings and reviews, chat-based ordering, and vendor management tools.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Types
The Service offers different account types:
- Guest User: Can browse stalls, view menus, and see the map without registration.
- Registered User: Can save favorites, write reviews, place orders, and chat with vendors.
- Vendor: Can list their stall, manage menus, update availability, and receive orders.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or vendors
- Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
5. Vendor Terms
5.1 Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using the Service agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their stall, menu, and operating hours
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Respond to customer messages and orders in a timely manner
- Update their availability status regularly
- Comply with all applicable local food safety and business regulations
5.2 Listings
LariLocator reserves the right to review, modify, or remove vendor listings that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
6. Orders and Payments
LariLocator facilitates communication between users and vendors for ordering purposes. The actual transaction (food preparation and payment) occurs directly between the user and the vendor. LariLocator is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of food items.
7. Reviews and Content
7.1 User-Generated Content
By posting reviews, photos, or other content on the Service, you grant LariLocator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
7.2 Content Guidelines
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, including fake reviews, offensive content, or spam.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by LariLocator and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without express permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LariLocator makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor information, menu items, or availability status.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LariLocator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. LariLocator is not responsible for any food-related illness, injury, or damage resulting from food purchased from vendors listed on the platform.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
