LariLocator is a platform that connects food lovers with local street food vendors. We facilitate communication and discovery but do not directly process food orders or payments between users and vendors. This refund policy outlines how refunds and disputes are handled on our platform.
2. Free Service
LariLocator is currently a free service for both users and vendors. There are no subscription fees, listing fees, or commission charges. Since no payments are collected by LariLocator, there are no platform fees to refund.
3. Food Orders
All food purchases and payments are made directly between the user and the vendor (via cash, UPI, or other direct payment methods). LariLocator does not process, hold, or manage any food order payments.
3.1 Order Issues
If you have an issue with a food order (quality, incorrect items, pricing disputes), please:
- Contact the vendor directly through the in-app chat
- Try to resolve the issue amicably with the vendor
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team at support@larilocator.com and we will attempt to mediate
4. In-App Purchases (Future)
If LariLocator introduces any paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future, the following refund terms will apply:
- Subscription Services: You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
- One-Time Purchases: Refund requests for one-time purchases must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- App Store Purchases: For purchases made through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refund requests should be directed to the respective app store, as they handle the payment processing.
5. Vendor Disputes
LariLocator acts as a neutral platform and is not responsible for disputes between users and vendors. However, we are committed to maintaining a fair and trustworthy platform:
- Vendors who consistently receive complaints may have their listings reviewed or suspended
- Users who make fraudulent complaints may have their accounts reviewed or suspended
- Our support team is available to help mediate disputes when direct communication fails
